Seven Beauties in Leo Pizzo Jewelry: A Synergy of Opera, Fashion, and Jewelry Art
The Leo Pizzo Italian jewelry brand sponsored the Seven Beauties opera concert held at the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center on September 22. This event brought together seven opera divas of the world music stage.
The concert featured internationally renowned performers, who are welcome guests at leading opera venues worldwide, including Anastasia Chernovolos, a soloist at the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Academic Music Theater; Elnara Mammadova, Honored Artist of Azerbaijan and guest soloist of the Helikon-Opera Moscow Musical Theater; Jala Ismayilova, a soloist at the Bolshoi Theater of Russia; Shirin Mamatova, Honored Artist of Uzbekistan, guest soloist at the Mariinsky Theater and Milan's La Scala, as well as international contest laureate Yana Melikayeva and Mariinsky Theater soloists Ekaterina Sannikova and Yulia Suleymanova.
The concert program brought together guests from Azerbaijan, Russia, the UAE, Italy, and Switzerland. The attendees included representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan, embassies of friendly nations, as well as friends and partners of Italdizain, the official distributor of Leo Pizzo jewelry. The program included arias from world and Azerbaijani operas. The opera stars performed to the accompaniment of the Azerbaijan State Symphony Orchestra directed by Mustafa Mehmandarov. The exquisite jewelry designed by Leo Pizzo was a lavish and expressive focal point of the musical celebration. Each diva was wearing pieces from the Venezia and Gala collections to match her stage outfit, stylistically linked to the birthplace of bel canto and the grand atmosphere of luxurious public parties. Jewelry from some of Leo Pizzo's most poetic and refined collections was on display throughout the occasion. These included Diva – a graceful homage to opulent and captivating looks, Flora – a tribute to the ancient Roman goddess of flowers, evoking the theater ambiance, and Vertigo – a dizzying display of inspiration and awe.
The concert attires were created by Azerbaijani designer Orkhan Sultan, founder of the SULTANCOUTURE brand, known for his refined designs blending national motifs with modern style.
This special party united opera, fashion, and fine jewelry into a harmonious trio, offering guests an unforgettable experience. The fusion of these three arts resonated multifacetedly, expressively, and vividly, embodying the philosophy of modern luxury.
Leo Pizzo's jewelry is demonstrated at Royal Collection boutiques at 4 St. May 28 and 5B St. Niyazi, Baku, Azerbaijan.
